We’re proud to announce a new strategic cooperation agreement between AWIEF and China’s Qingdao Women Entrepreneurs Association.
Founded in 2001, the association brings together a dynamic network of high-profile women entrepreneurs across multiple industries and plays an active role in advancing international collaboration – 378 members, 27 of which are listed companies.
AWIEF and the Qingdao Women Entrepreneurs Association share a vision of supporting the growth of female entrepreneurs and contributing to the power of women in promoting economic and cultural exchange between countries. The signing of this cooperation agreement marks an exciting step towards strengthening connections and market linkages between African and Chinese women entrepreneurs, fostering exchange, and unlocking new opportunities for trade and investment.

The 12th annual AWIEF Conference & Exhibition will take place on 10–11 November 2026 in Cape Town.
